Human resources are the heart of our organizations – especially in the non-profit sector.
Many of our organizations function on a handful of people wearing multiple “hats”. Work functions are assigned in a hazardous manner. Most to the time we are dealing with “fire-alarm” scenarios, barely keeping the organization afloat. This approach does not scale to a growing community.
