Addressing the whole self in a comfortable manner helps bring life into congruence and gives individuals the opportunity to explore without judgment.
As an integrative therapist, an emphasis may be placed on the holistic human condition using a positive approach that applauds human capacities and aspirations while humbly and compassionately acknowledging our human limitations.
